Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the specific truck hood or part you wish to return to receive an RMA number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable freight carrier, as Big Truck Hoods is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the part for quality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
